Landlords seeking the highest buy-to-let yields in England and Wales may wish to consider buying property in the North East, where the best returns of any area are currently achievable, according to new research which shows the top 10 best places to invest in BTL propeties.

What do tribesters make of the above?  It seems too generalised to me. There will be micro-markets within these regions.

I also believe we are entering a time of uncertainty, and the South East always remains more robust during those periods. It is where the wealth of the country is concentrated, so there will always be demand.
