Prices rose by 10.2 per cent between 2014 and 2015, and the average property price in Haringey is now £544,547. Savills predicts that prices will increase by 21.1 per cent by 2020, no doubt thanks to the significant levels of investment and improvement in infrastructure taking place. Buy-to-let investors can expect to let a one-bedroom for £260pw, a two-bedroom for £311pw, and a three-bedroom property for £385pw.
