Highly Valued Service- Guaranteed Rent Scheme
As a property managing agent, I approached CHG over 8 years ago to manage a number of my personal properties. Their ‘Guaranteed Rent’ Scheme appeared a sensible option to offer my clients as it seemed to eliminate many of the negative aspects of being a landlord. CHG not only ensure my clients’ properties are effectively managed and maintained but that they also continue to comply with the relevant health and safety standards necessary for rental in the social housing sector. I receive timely reminders for renewal of the gas and electrical safety certificates and I know that my smoke alarms, heat detectors and carbon monoxide detectors are checked on a regular basis. All of this gives me peace-of-mind.
CHG also have an excellent team of contractors who can deal with any issue which may arise during the course of renting a property. Repairs are quick and efficient and the costs are always reasonable. This gives me the peace-of-mind that I don’ t need to look around to find value-for-money for my clients.
The rent is paid directly into my clients’ accounts every month without fail and my clients also receive a clear and concise monthly rental statement of account which is useful for their own book-keeping records.
