There are also plans in place to deliver a minimum of 5,475 new homes by 2026. Prices have enjoyed strong growth, with Hillingdon seeing the highest annual price rise in London. Prices rose by 15.5 per cent, bringing the average to £383,960 (Feb 2016), providing investors with excellent value compared with other areas of London.
