Two of the services that Central Housing Group offer are clean-ups and redecoration. We recently completed a large clean-up of some accommodation after unreliable tenants had left it fairly uninhabitable. Our team got to work immediately, clearing the property and disposing of any rubbish before redecorating the entire house – 3 weeks to clean, redecorate, then the property was rented instantly.
Now Central Housing Group are managing the landlord’s property, they are confident that they will not be left with it in the same state again. The previous tenants also left the landlord with rent arrears of £3000, which will not happen now that they are part of our guaranteed rent scheme.
