If there are any problems they deal with it. Katherine, who is my contact at the company does an excellent job. If I have a problem, she deals with it and keeps me updated all the time. This takes a lot of worry off myself. If anything needs to be done at my property she arranges a plumber or electrician etc to go to the property, at a reasonable rate, If I have a problem, it is normally sorted out within a couple days…..
