We have adopted safety measures to mitigate the spread of COVID-19
During these unprecedented times, we would like to assure our tenants, landlords, contractors & local authority partners that we have been very closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19 and we will continue to operate the business whilst still ensuring that we carry out the appropriate measures to keep our colleagues, contractors, tenants & landlords safe.
For the interim, a minimal number of our colleagues now operate within our office on a daily basis but we will continue to provide our normal and emergency services to our tenants, with most colleagues’ primarily still working from home.
We are actively continuing to monitor the COVID-19 situation within the UK and be assured that we are taking every necessary step to maintain the health, safety and wellbeing of all our residents, landlords, contractors and colleagues.
We are fully committed to following all Government and Public Health England advice and will update if our response changes.

Appropriate masks, hand sanitisers, disinfectants and sinks for handwashing are available in our office for colleagues to use regularly.
Central Housing Group provide company vehicles to enable our visiting colleagues to visit our residents when necessary.
Regarding Residents
All our colleagues have been instructed that before making appointments, they must ask residents if they are either showing any symptoms of COVID-19, or if they are self-isolating.
If the answer is yes to either question, our colleagues will not be able to visit the property unless it is on an emergency basis and subject to all precautionary health and safety measures being undertaken.

Please note that we have temporarily suspended all routine property inspections and we are primarily visiting properties only in response to emergency repair or management issues.
