Hi Romesh,We continue to receive a top class service from the Central Housing Group. Particular thanks should be given to Jo and Alex who always work hard to ensure that everything continues to run smoothly. We reluctantly, recently decided to sell a property managed by CHG. They have managed the whole process flawlessly, keeping us informed on the progress of the tenants departure. Upon inspection of the vacant property, everything was perfect, including replacement of curtains etc. Nothing left for us to dispose of or remaining rubbish. Instead, a perfectly presented property – including garden area. Not even any dusting required. This extra effort by CHG demonstrates their continued determination to provide a top service for their tenants and landlords respectively. We feel sad at having to ask for the property back but this was, in the main, for personal reasons. Thank you again for making our lives less stressful and for providing a “premium” value for money service. We also wish the previous tenants our best wishes for the future.

As a Landlord you do receive slightly less rent than what is considered to be the full market rental value of your property, BUT Rom and his team have provided me with a fully comprehensive and professional service that has taken all of the stress out of managing property / dealing with tenants, allowing me to get on with my day time job. The services provided includes all of the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as doing inspections and responding to all repair and maintenance issues. As a landlord you have to factor in ongoing costs eg maintenance / repairs. In my experience, the team of contractors at Rom’s disposal have always been able to provide quick, efficient and cost effective works, whilst they have arranged all of the access requirements too. CHG still gives you the choice should you want to use your own contractor. If you have a property that you want to rent out, and still want to enjoy any spare time that you may have, then I would thoroughly recommend CHG and the services that they provide.
