Central Housing Group achieved national acclaim after winning the Green Letting Agent of the Year 2019 award, hosted by the UK Landlord Accreditation Partnership.

Central Housing Group is a residential letting and management agency, established in 2000. The team specialises in supplying local authorities with privately rented accommodation across London and is proud to be recognised for its green contributions.

Central Housing Group works tirelessly to improve the energy efficiency of the properties under its management.

The team has arranged for properties under their management to have loft and cavity wall insulation installed. They have also helped secure funding, via the Mayor of London and the Energy Saving Trust, to replace and upgrade older heating systems with A-rated energy-efficient condensing boilers, as well as replacement radiators, timers, thermostats and radiator valves.
