Their ‘Guaranteed Rent’ Scheme appeared a sensible option to offer my clients as it seemed to eliminate many of the negative aspects of being a landlord. I’m very pleased to say that this has proved to be the case. All of this gives me peace-of-mind. CHG also have an excellent team of contractors who can deal with any issue which may arise during the course of renting a property. Repairs are quick and efficient and the costs are always reasonable. This gives me the peace-of-mind that I don’ t need to look around to find value-for-money for my clients. The rent is paid directly into my clients’ accounts every month without fail and my clients also receive a clear and concise monthly rental statement of account which is useful for their own book-keeping records.
