As a Landlord you do receive slightly less rent than what is considered to be the full market rental value of your property, BUT Rom and his team have provided me with a fully comprehensive and professional service that has taken all of the stress out of managing property / dealing with tenants, allowing me to get on with my day time job.

The services provided includes all of the legal and regulatory requirements, as well as doing inspections and responding to all repair and maintenance issues. As a landlord you have to factor in ongoing costs eg maintenance / repairs.

In my experience, the team of contractors at Rom’s disposal have always been able to provide quick, efficient and cost effective works, whilst they have arranged all of the access requirements too. CHG still gives you the choice should you want to use your own contractor.
