- S/fit door missing door with privacy lock.
- Re-fix wash hand basin & s/fit mixer tap & pop up plug.
- Pull down & renew ceiling.
- S/fit new PVC bath panel.
- S/fit new shower cord & head and adjustable riser rail.
- S/fit shower curtain.
- S/fit WC seat.
- Replace/replace architrave.
- Renew sealant to bath.
- Replace light pull cord.
Kitchen:
- S/fit overhead door closer, missing strips & adjust fire door.
- Fit fire pack (CHG supply).
- Replace/make good architrave.
- Replace plinths.
- S/fit missing handle to base unit.
