Central housing has been managing my B2L for couple years now and I have only good things to say about them.After having many issues with the previous management company I was lucky to meet Romesh. I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property our and have it fully managed.There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private.Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer.Well done Romesh, Jo, Maria and all for providing a great hassle free rental service.
