Although the rent that they offer is slightly lower than the private agents offer however, the rent is guaranteed and there are no void periods w/o rental income.
Overall I am quite happy with my decision to give my property to Central Housing group to manage it and I am going to extend my contract with them.

I have a rental property with Central Housing for well over a decade now and am going to stay with them for the foreseeable future as it's the most hassle free and peace of mind way to rent the property and have it fully managed.
There is a fantastic team in the background, managing the property and looking after the condition of the property, and they have their own contractors whom they use for all aspects of repairs needed which are generally more cost effective than going private.
All the worry of when landlord certificates or EICR's are needed etc are taken away as the team at Central Housing are on top of it.
Whilst the rent received may be a little below market rates, once you have saved your monthly agents commission, the cost of having the property sitting empty at odd periods and all the other time and effort spent on preparing new tenancies, check-ins, check-outs etc. it's quite simply a no-brainer.
