We were delighted to be shortlisted as a finalist in the 2014/15 Landlord and Letting Awards for best ‘Customer Service’ category.

As a finalist we were invited to the awards gala dinner held at Stareton Hall, Stoneleigh Park, Warwickshire on the 26th November 2014. The awards were hosted by Tommie Walsh, who after working as a builder, went on to appear in BBC Television gardening programme ‘Ground Force’ and subsequently present other garden & DIY improvement programmes.

The ‘Landlord and Letting Awards’ are the premier nationwide private rented sector awards in the UK, organised by AEP Media. The awards receive industry wide support and have grown year on year, with a growing number of companies and individuals wanting to take part. This year’s response was phenomenal with more entries than ever! So here at Central Housing Group we were thrilled to be a finalist and to receive formal recognition for our hard work and commitment.

At Central Housing Group Ltd we strive to continually improve our customer service delivery to our landlords and tenants. We have increased our staff training and development opportunities and we set strict timescales as to when we will respond to complaints if received. Most importantly we pride ourselves in going above and beyond our obligations to our clients. We have been able to do this through actively seeking to tap into government funded schemes enabling the improvement of properties at no cost to landlords or tenants.

Our ‘Guaranteed Rent’ scheme focusses on landlords wanting to rent their properties to the council and the scheme has gone from strength to strength in recent years with increasing numbers of landlords seeing the value and benefit of having no loss of rent due to void periods, no risk of rent arrears and their rent guaranteed.
