When getting this property prepared to let to the council in Westminster, we performed a detailed assessment of general property standards, listing items to be removed or replaced, repair works if any to bring the property up to the required standards.

Works completed included:

- Carry out full clean to property & shampoo to carpets throughout.
- S/fit fire blanket & extinguisher to kitchen.
- S/fit mains powered carbon monoxide alarm in kitchen.
- S/fit doorstops throughout property where required.
- S/fit a new ½ hour rated fire door to kitchen with 3 steel hinges, handle & latch, overhead door closer & combined fire & smoke intumescent strips.
- Remove all minor items within the property.
Kitchen
- Upgrade heat detector to combined heat & CO detector or fit additional separate mains CO detector.
- Appliances not required (dishwasher & washing machine can be removed).
- S/fit roller blind.
Bathroom:
- Repaint ceiling.
Bedroom 1:
- Renew doorstop.
Bedroom 2:
- Adjust door as catches & loud noise. S/fit door stop.
