- Plug & chain to bath.
- Wash/local.
- Remove sticky pads etc. & make good wall.
- Replace WC seat.
- Replace privacy lock/handle.
- Supply & fit PVC hygiene boards from tiles to ceiling around bath.
- Supply & fit new electric shower.
Kitchen:
- Filter to hood.
- Seal around sink.
- Dispose of old post.
