When getting this property prepared to let to the council in New Barnet, we performed a detailed assessment of general property standards, listing items to be removed or replaced, repair works if any to bring the property up to the required standards.

  • Supply & fit net curtains.
  • Replace door stops.
  • Shampoo carpet.

Bedroom (double):

  • Remove furniture.
  • Supply & fit net curtains.
  • Board over mirrored doors to built-in wardrobe.
  • Supply & fit door stop.


  • Carry out full clean & descale.
  • Clean shower curtain or replace.
  • Fit plug & chain to bath.


  • Fit intumescent strips to lounge fire door.
  • Supply & fit net curtains.
  • Carry out heavy deep clean to carpet.


  • Fit plug & chain to sink.
  • Fit roller blind to window & net curtain.
  • Supply & install a cupboard CO & heat detector.
  • Make good ceiling around stack from previous leak.
